1. Production Time: To ensure the highest quality, please allow us 1 to 4 days for the creation of your soy candles before they are ready to ship. This time is dedicated to hand-pouring, setting, and ensuring that your candles are just right.
2. Order in Advance: If you're planning to use our candles for special events or occasions, we recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance. This will give us ample time to prepare your order, account for any unexpected delays, and ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition for your important day.
